Hello. I just want to let people, developers, entrepreneurs, and everybody related to website fans that if you guys want to add SMS gateway into your site, PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT OZEKI!!!! I'm warning you guys. I had a bad experience with this stupid useful company. Let me explain to you why... I was building my website and then i came up with the idea to have SMS gateway, so i google a lot of companies regarding this topic, and at the end i decided that Ozeki was the "best" provider. But it turns out that i was MISTAKEN, and this company SUX BIG TIME! I bought the 5MPM (Message per minute) software for almost a $1000. They told me it will work worldwide. I ask them a very important question: "If i buy your software, do i have to pay something else in the future??" And they told me with a BIG "NO!", so i was very happy with their answer. But then when i bought it and send all the information to my website developers, it wasn't working, i mean the site wasn't sending any SMS. Moving forward my developers contact this useful company to ask them why isn't the SMS working?! So they explain to them what to do and all. But anyways it still wasn't working! Then after that, we kept contacting them to see whats going on with this software, and then they said we had to ask our MOBILE PROVIDER, like AT&T, VERIZON, etc etc, to offer us service with the SMS!!!! So i realize that my mobile provider do not offer this kind of functionality (By the way im from Costa Rica), so i couldn't use this gateway at the end! But i mean, their responsibility is to let customers know what do they need before they buy the product, but NOOO! they came up with this when i bought the product, and besides this THEY DO NOT REFUND anything!! So i lost $1000!! I just want to say if they are a real good company they should refund customers money if they are not satisfied with their product. But then they told me i could sell the product to any other person and they just transfer the product license something like that, but i mean were the hell am i going to sell this product??? This is not my field! I just wanted to get rid of this product! So since they told me this i ask them if they could sell MY LICENSE to any of their clients, but NO, they never answer me, i send them like 1 million emails and they always said the same thing; "YOU CAN SELL YOUR LICENSE, WE DO NOT REFUND THE MONEY", i mean what kind of company is this??!!
So i just want to warned you to please do not contact or make any purchase with them!!!! I LOST $1000, i mean is not $100, is $1000! I'm so angry with this stupid, worthless company! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE support my blog to let people know to be aware of this company! OZEKI SUX OZEKI SUX OZEKI SUX OZEKI SUX OZEKI SUX OZEKI SUX OZEKI SUX OZEKI SUX!!!
